Wedding Balloon Arch
This can be used for outdoor ceremonies, or as a pretty entrance to your reception venue. Get a pre-made wedding arch of white metal, or make your own using a tough, workable wire. Choose balloons that work with your color palette. For an elegant look, use all one color, or just two colors. Get a helium filler with a sizing nozzle, so that all of your balloons will end up the same size.
To attach the balloons, use wire ties around the base of the balloon and then secure them to the arch. You want to use a lot of balloons, so the arch frame is not visible. Think about styles for your arch as well. You can, for example, create a ribbon-like effect by using balloons in three complimentary shades, and alternating them by color in rows of three or more.

You can get a good, sturdy base at a balloon supplier, or make one yourself from wood and piping. Inflate four balloons, and tie two pairs together. Then, lay one pair on top of the other so that their tied ends cross, and twist them together, then slide then onto the base. Keep going until you have a pillar.

Balloons are wonderful for centerpieces, because they float over the table and don’t get in the way of anyone’s view.
All you really need to make centerpieces are balloon weights to secure the balloons to the table. You can buy an almost unlimited number of styles, or you can make your own. A simple tulle bag filled with decorative clear or colored glass stones will work, but you can use anything that is heavy enough to hold the balloons in place. Use curled ribbon or jeweled wire to attach the balloons to the base.
